Morgan majored in exercise science and has always been passionate about helping others in their fitness journey. Right after college she dove into personal training and has been training a multitude of clients for the past 8 years. Most recently she became involved with Pilates. After suffering from 7 major joint surgeries she realized how her body significantly needed a different approach to be at her healthiest. She became certified in classical Pilates while working with a physical therapy group in the Des Moines Iowa area. This is where she learned most of her corrective exercise background. She worked with a diverse range of patients including strength training for high school athletic teams.
"My goal is striving to focus on optimal movement and instilling proper muscular balance and strength to each client and athlete. This way they can continue doing the things they love without injuries. -Coach Moe”

“Coaches have had a big impact on my life growing up and played a big role in shaping me to the man I am today, and I now hope to be able to make that same impact to the upcoming generation of athletes. One of my favorite quotes by a player or coach is “Look good feel good, feel good play good.”-Deion Sanders. The reason I chose that quote is because Parisi is all about empowering kids. Coach Prime is the human embodiment of self confidence, and a player without confidence in themselves is not the best version of themselves. I want to instill confidence into my athletes to help them both succeed in their sport but also in life.”

“What made me choose coaching was working with my brother and his teams when he was younger, when I was in middle and high school. I found seeing the success and improvement of the kids I coached made me more excited than my own achievements.
My passion is unlocking kids' mindset, discipline, work ethic, and ultimately, their potential. “
